High-Resolution Machine Vision Cameras That Deliver Outstanding Frame Rates

The CV60 series of area scan cameras are tailored for vision systems that utilize multi-camera configurations. Available in both monochrome and color models, the CV60 Series is equipped with high-resolution CMOS sensors ranging from 2.3 to 12.3 megapixels, all operating over a GigE Vision interface. These cameras deliver exceptional image quality and industrial-grade reliability within a compact footprint.
Designed to integrate seamlessly with Zebra hardware, including industrial controllers and frame grabbers, and complemented by Zebra’s robust vision-based software options, the CV60 Series supports a diverse array of industrial machine vision inspection and automation applications. Offering eight models to choose from (four monochrome and four color), the CV60 Series includes features such as region-of-interest (ROI), image flipping and mirroring (available on most models), blemish compensation, shading correction, and advanced functionalities like two sequencer modes and customizable auto-exposure (ALC).
Additional capabilities encompass pixel size rescaling and lossless video compression, making the CV60 Series highly adaptable for setups requiring three or more cameras. Its compact size ensures excellent shock and vibration resistance, with power options including Power over Ethernet (PoE) or a separate 6-pin connector, and compatibility with C-mount lenses further enhances its versatility in diverse industrial environments.
