Zebra’s 4Sight series vision controllers offer desktop-level performance and substantial expansion capabilities, making them ideal for demanding single high-rate or multi-camera imaging and machine vision applications. These ruggedized computers are backed by a proven track record of reliable performance, integrating processors suitable for both traditional machine vision and deep learning inference. A specially configured model is also available for deep learning training, ensuring versatility across various imaging workloads.
The 4Sight XV6 vision controller features a reliable platform with four full-height, half-length PCIe expansion slots, supporting multiple cards including frame grabbers operating at full performance. It supports up to three displays (VGA, DVI-D, HDMI, and/or DisplayPort), driven by its eighth-generation Intel Core processor for robust support of intensive machine vision tasks. Experience superior processing power and expandability in a compact, durable form factor with the 4Sight XV6.

The 4Sight EV7 vision controller exemplifies this capability, designed for multi-camera machine vision tasks on factory floors. Equipped with a twelfth-generation twelve-core Intel Core processor featuring deep learning acceleration, the 4Sight EV7 supports seamless deployment of machine vision applications across production lines. Its fanless design and multiple ports for GigE Vision and USB3 Vision cameras ensure versatility and reliability in diverse industrial environments.

High-Density Computing Platform for Demanding Industrial Imaging

The Zebra Supersight series comprises high-density industrial computing platforms that can accommodate up to four computers in a standard 4U enclosure. These platforms support a wide range of image-acquisition interfaces and are ideal for demanding machine vision applications. Each system host board (SHB) or compute cluster features an embedded Intel Core processor, capable of operating independently or in collaboration with others for distributed computing tasks.
A high-speed PCIe switched fabric backplane facilitates efficient communication between compute clusters, while also supporting full-size PCIe expansion cards for various image acquisition, network interface, processing offload, and acceleration options from Zebra and third-party providers. With a managed lifecycle and long-term availability, the Supersight series provides a robust foundation for challenging machine vision applications.
